Aidan Colgan

Project Title: 

Design and implementation of FPGAs for telecommunications applications to minimise power consumption and maximise operational capabilities. Ultimately reducing the carbon footprint of future cellular networks.

Biography: 

Aidan is a PhD. Student at Maynooth University working on design and implementation of digital correction solutions for next generation wireless systems under Dr. John Dooley. He Graduated in 2023 with a BE in Electronic Engineering with Computers (Honours) at Maynooth being Awarded the Intel Medal for his academic achievements.
