As an Alumnus of Carrigaline Community School, I began my undergraduate studies in the Bachelor of Business in Recreation and Leisure Management programme at the former ‘Cork Institute of Technology’ in 2019. Subsequently, I progressed to complete a Bachelor of Business (Hons.) in Sport & Exercise in 2023. As part of the ‘Healthy Campus’ research strand of the HEX-SPO Research Group at MTU, my research will examine ‘whole-campus’ inter-disciplinary approaches to enhance sleep and wellbeing amongst campus populations.
