Advance CRTBiography: David Malone works in the Hamilton Institute and the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Maynooth University. He does research usually involving some permutation of mathematics, computers and networking. He has worked on the performance of WiFi networks, measuring the performance of Internet infrastructure and various aspects of network security, passwords and guessability. On the side, he’s been sysadmining since 1994.
