PhD Student, Munster Technological University

I completed my master’s degree majoring in Control Theory and Control Engineering from North China Electric Power University (NCEPU), Beijing, China. Later, I worked as a research assistant at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Gwangju, South Korea. As a research assistant, I gained experience on various energy management related projects titled “Development of the brokerage market model and ancillary service using DERs” and “Development and field verification of AI based Micro-grid operation platform and business model for overseas market”. Currently I am PhD scholar under the supervision of Dr Conor Lynch and Dr Martin Hill at the Munster Technological University (MTU), Cork, Ireland. My research interests are Micro-grids Operation, Data-driven Energy Management System (EMS), Vehicle-to-grid technologies, Battery Swapping Systems, Integration of Distributed energy sources, Power System Analysis

 

Working Title: Control and Optimization for Renewable Energy Integration.
