Project Title: Co-ordinated, Congestion-Reduced and Reliable Travel Time in Autonomous and Conventional Vehicles Using AI

Biography: I am a Ph.D. student in the School of Computer Science and Statistics (SCSS) at TCD, working under the supervision of Prof. Vinny Cahill. My research includes the implementation of optimized and robust non-stationary systems focusing on traffic congestion and vehicle flow.

I am from the northernmost part of India, Jammu and Kashmir (J&K). I have obtained M.tech. degree in Computer Science from J&K in 2018, and my master’s thesis evaluates the queue pathology-based cloud service system. I have obtained B.E. in Computer Science from Jammu University.

Prior to starting my doctorate, I worked on “Indoor Location Positioning Using Passive RFID” as a project associate in the Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing (CPDM) at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, India. I have also worked as a lecturer at IECS Polytechnic, Jammu. Apart from this, I have been a representative of various events and co-curricular activities at several stages of my academic life.
