Biography: After finishing school, I initially studied sculpture in LSAD, Limerick. Following this, I completed a two-year photography apprenticeship in Ghent, Belgium. I spent the next 20 years self-employed, working as a photographer. In 2016 I went back to college to study electrical engineering and graduated last year from TU Dublin. I had always wanted to study engineering and subsequently I enjoyed the last four years so much, I decided to stay in college to pursue a PhD.
